Kids Yoga
~ To foster love & harmony
School holiday kids yoga is all about connection ~ as we move, breathe & co-create together in a magical & playful way. In this 60 minute class I use gentle & loving practices to help foster kindness, relaxation, body awareness, concentration, & self-esteem, all while having fun! This class is suitable for 4 – 9 year olds.

Meditation As Lifestyle Medicine
~ To find your community
Join me for 60 minutes near the full moon of every month for a guided meditation followed by mindful discussion. Meditation groups are a wonderful way of connecting with others to share & deepen your meditation practice. I hope to provide community, a supportive space to connect with others while steadying & enriching your practice.
